Responsible for the establishment and achievement of sales strategy including objectives achievement, resources planning, and price policy. This position is responsible for holding and increasing the worldwide sales and market shares ), in line with sales strategy and within budget. The incumbent directs a multicultural sales force composed of several sales Account Manager He/she is out in the field, visiting customers'' organizations and building a strong relationship. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing
Minimum 5 years management experience
A strong technical background, good business judgement, complete understanding of the company business
Fundamental ability to get along with people at all levels of responsibility
Good command of English in speaking, writing and reading
Good knowledge of plastic material, plastic molding and tooling
Good understanding of the automotive market and industry.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and provide direct reports with proper guidance.
MBA or equivalent degree in technical engineering
