Consult with project leads, business partners, and SMEs to understand performance gaps and design and develop learning solutions by:
Experience using Articulate, PPT, SharePoint and instructional design practices
Prepares clear learning objectives that reflect the required performance
Aligns learning solutions to key business needs and strategic plans
Designs and/or develops creative solutions that drive business impact
Builds evaluation strategies that are attainable and measurable for all programs
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal clients
Partner effectively with learning leaders and peers:
Effectively prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
Deliver on-time and on-budget as contracted.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
