Title: Engineering Project Lead
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Term: Direct Hire
Salary: Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage development programs with focus on industrialization
- Establish and track cross functional top level project schedules
- Establish and maintain projects financial data and business case
- Ensure all program milestones are met in time, quality and cost
- Manage introduction of product into manufacturing site
- Support RFQ Work
Experience and Skills Requirement:
- Very good Project Management capabilities
- Experience in industrialization of automotive products
- Experience in engineering of embedded systems (good Software and Hardware
background required)
- Knowledge on project management process (e.g. Automotive Spice or CMMI)
- Strong communication skills, self management, highly motivated
- PMP certification is an advantage
Education Requirement:
- Master degree in
electronics
or Software Engineering
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
