Job responsibilities and requirements include:
-Assisting with the daily intake of new customer contracts and inputting them into our production data entry/record-keeping software.
-Coordinating with members of our Sales Department, Field Windows Measurers, and Installers to resolve inconsistencies related to contracts.
-Regular maintenance of keeping an orderly record of all windows manufactured and specifications attached to them for future warranty needs.
-Other needs as will arise relating to general office duties.
-A good aptitude with general computer software.
-Patience when dealing with others.
-Good communication skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Accuracy in typing.
Prior knowledge in home improvement is not required, we will train the right person.
Starting salary is negotiable.
