Lawn Care Crew Member
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a neat and well-maintained appearance.
Assist with landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and hardscape construction.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
