Summary:
In this position you will assist homeowners and designers make tile selections for their residential or commercial interior design projects.
As a distributor of porcelain, ceramic and stone tile products, we provide comprehensive product and sales training ensure you are prepared to provide our customers with an exceptional design consultation experience.
Essential Functions:
Assist residential customers and designers with material selections.
Build relationships with homeowners and designers to foster future business.
Educate customers about their potential options and our selection process.
Acquire product knowledge through training program, keep current on product and design trends.
Participate in showroom activities, events, and learning programs.
Maintain showroom appearance, handling tile samples and arranging product merchandising.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate design ideas effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and presentation Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to work in Team environment Experience in Outlook, Excel, and Word Orchestrate and prioritize multiple tasks with skilled time management Minimum
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in design preferred 2
years of design experience preferred, but not required Retail sales experience helpful, but not required What's in It for You:
