Including video pre-production planning, on-site production and post-production activities.
Maintain brand continuity across all production and creative projects.
Responsible for ensuring the creative strategy is properly planned for and implemented throughout the year.
Work closely with marketing leadership to develop creative initiatives and align with broader marketing strategies.
Deliver high quality, original concept video content for branding, marketing and promotional campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Research equipment, computers and data storage for purchase.
Responsible for the storage, maintenance and transportation for all production related gear.
Maintain high level knowledge of industry standard video editing software, AI and other emerging technologies/strategies related to production.
Research, develop and share new skills and creative processes with the Marketing team.
Develop and maintain professional relationships and act as a liaison between the Sam Bernstein Law Firm and the public.
Provide Marketing leadership with status updates related to all projects.
Responsibilities Pre-production Participate in pre-production conversations with the Marketing team to determine desired outcomes of projects.
Establish project details including location, crew size, equipment needs, and delivery dates.
Write scripts, pitch ideas, and collaborate in the writing process.
Order storyboards and create animatics when advantageous to the production.
Production Manage the proper setup and use of equipment including cameras, lights, audio gear, teleprompters, field monitors and green screen.
Operate video cameras.
Record footage.
Maintain accurate white balance, focus, frame rate, and shutter speed.
Monitor audio sources for clarity.
Adjust input levels appropriately.
Direct on-screen performances.
Supervise additional staff during productions.
Maintain a safe environment.
Anticipate and respond to needs, requests and issues to ensure production adheres to schedule.
Manage data collection to ensure all media is captured appropriately.
Post-production Independently edit video productions.
Analyze and choose from multiple takes.
Select and insert music and sound effects.
Create 2D and 3D animated graphics, text elements and supers.
Correct color irregularities.
Color grade footage to achieve desired look and feel.
Participate in final review process.
Traffic finished spots to TV stations and streaming platforms.

Years experience in video production (development, design) 4
Years experience leading/managing creative projects Extensive experience in both design and video editing software (Adobe:
Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) Highly organized with attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to commute and work nontraditional hours as required.
