To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.
As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.
The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU
Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world! Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment.

com/job-offers We are looking for an Assistant Cash Controller VIE who will provide support to the Clean Mobility team, and who will be based in Farmington Hills, MI - USA.
The mission will last 18 months.
Here are the main responsibilities of this role:
Build monthly cash forecast (direct and indirect method) in relation with stakeholders Build long term cash forecast (budget and strategic plan) Build weekly cash trend, analyze deviation and develop action plan to converge Build Monthly reporting of cash performance (standard reporting) Support and challenge purchasing reporting Monitor weekly transmission of key suppliers into reverse factoring program Build action plan to improve cash performance Track customer overdue Track cash payment of customer claims recorded in balance sheet (risk monitoring) Analyze supplier payment terms in conjunction with purchasing Develop cash mindset within the organization through cash training Handle ad hoc analysis required by management The ideal candidate will be/have:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline and 1 year of experience in financial analysis/controlling/or equivalent in automotive industry Strong communication skills Strong teamwork sense Proficient in MS Excel Experience in SAP or equivalent ERP system Plant finance experience is recommended.
