The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and other documents.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
Manage office supplies and order new items as needed.
Assist with special projects as needed.
