Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using the office phone system - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked - Monthly Billing of Room and Board and other services/ Accounts Receivables - Assist with document preparation, including typing, formatting, and proofreading - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing - Assist with data entry and record keeping Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Some experience in QuickBooks If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume to:
