This position is located at one of our Metro Detroit clinics, which are located in Canton, Birmingham, Dearborn, Novi, and Troy.
Base salary starts at $55,000 depending on experience.
Monthly Bonus for this position is expected to be at least $5-8,000 additional per month!!In this position you will be in charge of the day-to-day supervision and results of the clinic which includes:
Sales and Results Coaching and Developing Staff Marketing & Cultivating Clientele Planning & Executing Events Performing Consultations Scheduling Clients & Staff Providing an Exceptional Client Service Experience Mentoring, coaching, and developing a team To qualify for this opportunity, you need the following:
Two or more years of sales experience in the Cosmetic, Plastic Surgery, or Spa Industries.
Proven leadership skills with a history of motivating a team to meet or exceed sales goals.
Demonstrated communication, organization and problem solving skills.
