Job Description This position works under the strategic direction of the Director of Communications and Community Engagement.
This position develops and executes strategic marketing/communication campaigns to promote City's programs and services across a variety of channels.
Evaluates marketing campaigns results.
Manages layout and production of the Special Services (Recreational Department) Activities Guide, 3x/yr.
Directs and supervises staff work assignments (marketing specialist, part time staff, and contractors) and works in partnership with 3rd-party vendors for printing and graphics needs.
Oversees email and social media marketing and content creation and analyzes local/regional and national competition toward strengthening the City's brand and best practices.
