Job Description Perform assigned tasks at Clerk Typist I level; operation of photocopy equipment; telephone, filing, etc.
Work on special assignments as directed.
Will serve as receptionist for the first floor (Patrol, Traffic, and Investigations).
Ability to communicate with citizens, suspects, and witnesses in person and via telephone.
Compile information and generate crime reports and incident supplemental reports, cataloging and maintaining case files and open warrant files, as well as testifying in court to chain of custody.
Responsible for transporting evidence to local crime labs.
