Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations of the store including staff scheduling, customer service, inventory management, cash handling, sales management and management of outstanding customer payments.
- Ensure that outstanding customer payments are met with a smile and a contract that includes the full value of the sale.
- Ensure that all staff are trained on how to sell and how to greet customers.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and enforced at all times.
- Lead training sessions for staff and manage staff to ensure they complete their training.
- Oversee inventory management including inventory control, inventory reports, ordering new inventory if needed, as well as lead training for store managers and staff.
- Oversee food preparation and serving in the store kitchen including daily prep, daily cleanliness standards, daily cooking checklists, food quality control standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree or higher in Food Service Management preferred.
Candidates with experience in retail management or food service will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Must have excellent customer service skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work within a team; good communication skills; ability to problem solve; high level of integrity; positive attitude; self-motivated; team player.
