Purpose:
The Customer Quality organization currently supports Flextronics Automotive manufacturing locations in customer support. One of the primary goals of this group is to build and maintain an excellent relationship with personnel at the assigned OEM/Customer location. Quality competency and effective communication are essential in order to successfully support the Flextronics sites with technical representation and issue resolution.
Principle Accountabilities/Duties:
Responsible for the maintenance and development of customer satisfaction by compliance of Customer requirements and standards and support between customer and production site during NPI, change management and volume production.
Principle Accountabilities:
oAccountable for customer satisfaction at complaints, site performance improvements, and new product launch support.
oSupport the sites for warranty process by negotiation the TF (technical Factor) with customer
oWork closely with the QM of the sites and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
oLiaise between the customer and the production sites on reported customer issues
oFirst direct diagnosis of suspect parts at customer
oPerform and/or coordinate part sorting or pick up/delivery of suspect parts when required.
oAnalyzes rejected product and recommends actions necessary to protect customer assembly location.
oDevelop procedures necessary to validate product integrity.
oSupport investigation activities and implementation of 8D as appropriate.
oInterface between Customer and product manufacturing sites regarding complaints, continuous improvements and design enhancements.
oEstablish continuous improvement programs, based on customer requirements or standards

Job Requirements
Minimum (MUST HAVE)
Qualifications:
Knowledge of OEM supplier notification systems.
Familiarity with corrective/preventive action processes.
Technical knowledge and experience with Electronic products
Capability to work within customer OEM facilities and systems.
Customer relationship building skills.
Develop product knowledge & understanding of manufacturing practices at Flextronics manufacturing location(s) represented.
3-5 years experience working in Automotive OEM manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with employees of organization.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and customer specific processes & procedures.
Must understand and abide by OEM/Customer locations rules of counduct.
oBilingual English-Spanish NOT REQUIRED, BUT HELPFUL
oKnowledge of wire harness assembly preferred but not required.
oKnowledge of electronic manufacturing processes preferred but not required.

oBachelor degree
