Sales Engineering Intern

SUMMARY Provide support to sales representatives by executing administrative processes and collecting and compiling marketing and sales data.
Help to ensure smooth sales team operations as well as create and maintain good customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Provide data and guides to help the sales team Compile data, generate reports, and monitor performance indicators and sales / marketing trends Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information Assist Head of Sales with tracking specific sales strategies Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Assist with proposal writing and reviewing Develop and monitor marketing material Support planning and implementation of customer and industry events QUALIFICATIONS Ideal candidate would be pursuing a Master Degree within busuienss a completed technical Bachelors Degree.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Engineering, or Engineering Technology from an accredited four-year college or university.
Previous sales experience or sales support experience is a plus Highly experienced with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Excellent communication skills, including persuasion and assertiveness.
