We are presently seeking an New Home Administrative Assistant located in Farmington Hills, MI who will provide administrative assistance and support for the Home Operations Division.
As an New Home Administrative Assistant, you will:
Be responsible for working with New Home Project Managers for payment and other Administrative tasks.
Respond to vendors for payment related issues and solutions.
Prepare contracts and purchase orders for New Home projects.
Enter invoices into Accounts Payable system.
E-mail Lien waivers to vendors for signature Mail check payments Reconcile monthly credit card reports.
Perform data entry into numerous spreadsheets and databases.
Maintain all New Home Project files according to company policy.
Work in a collaborative team environment with other Administrative Assistants.
Respond to email and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience; property management or construction experience preferred.
Accounts Payable experience preferred High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Detail orientated with strong time management and follow-through skills.
Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Valid operator's license.
Compensation:
This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and commissions.
