Your Role at YES:
The Inventory Specialist reports to the Inventory Manager and handles routine office work and general administrative responsibilities.
The Inventory Specialist also supports Operations leadership on inventory reporting and processing.
General administrative support for the Inventory Manager Ensure inventory accuracy by helping to create and implement tracking process for new home deliveries Communicate with manufacturers and interpret delivery schedules for new homes Prepare and interpret weekly and monthly reporting packages i.

New Home Setup, Unoccupied Inventory, Prelease Report, Request for RTIs Monitor move-ins and move-outs within inventory systems Create, implement and maintain process of homes returning to inventory Receive and distribute communications from outside sources i.

community managers, manufacturers, vendors, etc.
Prepare and track labels for mailing pay offs to lenders or dealers Monitor inventory levels; anticipate requirements Interpret home order quotes from manufacturer and prepare spreadsheets to place final order Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures Create new assets for used home purchases Ability to quickly assess situations and make necessary decisions Capable of working well independently Create and maintain list of all community vendors, contractors and suppliers Pull data from home orders to create monthly payments to be submitted and paid out Ability to address customer needs efficiently Provide excellent customer service Provide consistent and strong support to community managers Other duties as assigned To Achieve Success at YES:
As an Inventory Specialist you must be pleasant, professional and well-spoken.
You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
