We have been growing quickly and need a Service Advisor with prior experience on German car brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and Mini Cooper.
We offer our customers that luxury feeling that they would expect at a dealership in a independent shop with out any of the dealership politics.
You and your customers still get all the nice amenities like a shuttle car and a fleet of loaner vehicles to solve problems that arise.
We have a comfortable waiting area stocked with snacks and refreshments for our customers and our team.
We have a team of 5 technicians now with the ability to have 2 more added on when the time is right.
The shop has all the necessary tools, scan tools, information and skill to repair anything that comes in our door as long as it is one of the brands we specialize in.
Technicians build all estimates, your job is strictly to sell and ensure customer satisfaction is of the highest caliber.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and ask detailed questions to allow technicians to be able to diagnose vehicle issues - Provide recommendations for necessary maintenance, repairs and services - Maintain loaner car fleet and dispatching of loaners to customers - Schedule appointments and manage service timelines - Coordinate with parts manager - Ensure customer satisfaction by keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle - Process payments and handle cash transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs - Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in computer systems and software used for service scheduling and invoicing - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Pay and

- Hourly base pay plus a weekly commission payment.
