The ideal candidate will exhibit high organizational standards, excellent communication skills, have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities would include:
Construction project management Schedule and confirm meetings, mortgage and appraisal walk throughs Managing utilities for the assorted properties including individually for the tenants Monitor and prepare invoices for signature Monthly reports which include maintenance and time analysis Working with municipalities facilitating permits and inspections Provide ad hoc support to the facility managers Moving commercial tenants in/out Payroll including tracking time for maintenance staff.
Marketing for the tenants Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and property management software The company offers health insurance, 401K plan, life insurance, and FSA.
