Candidates must have computer and EMR system knowledge.
EPIC and call center experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, inputting insurance, generating prescription requests, communicating efficiently with providers, patients, and colleagues, as well as other clerical duties.
Must be available Monday - Friday.
Medical office experience a must.
