We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Director of Client Engagement with extensive Workday expertise to lead and enhance our client engagement strategies.
Position
Summary:
As the Director of Client Engagement with Workday experience, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
You will leverage your deep knowledge of Workday's products and services to ensure our clients receive maximum value from their investments.
This position is responsible for overseeing a team of Client Engagement Managers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing strategic guidance.
Regularly conduct client meetings to understand their evolving needs and business objectives.
Workday Expertise:
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Workday's suite of products and services.
Provide expert-level guidance on Workday implementations, optimizations, and best practices.
Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized Workday solutions that align with their business goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Engagement Managers, providing direction and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute client engagement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work with the sales team to expand our services.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Provide regular updates and reports on client engagement activities, successes, and challenges to senior leadership.
