Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Respond promptly to customer orders, inquiries, and requests.
Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
Take and process orders via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Learn our product line so you can take orders, answer questions, make recommendations, etc.
Help maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues in-person and in our other facilities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Build and/or maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Be personable with our customers and provide them with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers and competent with Microsoft Office.
Experience working with customer support.
