Vision Engineer
Our client, a leading designer and manufacturer of machines, process equipment, and production lines, is looking for a Vision Engineer in their Farmington Hills, MI location.
You'll be responsible for creating machine vision inspections based on specification and scope of work, along with conducting feasibility studies.

Create machine vision inspections based on specifications and scope of work.
Conduct feasibility studies and utilize various tools, including Cognex Easybuilder, spreadsheet, Keyence laser, and Keyence traditional tools.
Experience with Matrox DA (Design Assistance), Matrox template programming, and AIA certification is beneficial.
Familiarity with GigE networks and developing applications for Absence/Presence, Kitting, model inspection, barcode, OCR, etch.
Proficiency in using external lights and lighting, filters, and lenses for vision applications.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in machine vision inspections.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent professional communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
Mandatory experience with Matrox software and the ability to program Easybuilder is a plus.
Familiarity with hardware such as Cognex, Keyence, Allied Vision, Basler, Matrox, GVI, Smart Vision Lighting, AIA.
