We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and management skills to run the day to day business, work with service advisors, technicians and customers to take our business to the next level.
Our ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing and leading a team in our industry and growing sales and profit.
The ideal candidate will work directly with the owners to manage the day to day of this busy and established shop.
Requirements and Qualifications Clean Michigan drivers license Ability to manage technicians and service writer using modern management style 3
years in the automotive industry Highly trainable mentality and excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to explain complicated automotive concepts to visitors who may not be familiar with industry terminology.
Ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and management Problem solving ability, attention to detail Manage shop workflow and schedule for techniciansCustomer satisfaction, honesty, and professionalism is everything at our business.
