Job Summary Customer Service Representative responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering customer questions and resolving problems and concerns.
Preparing reports.
Processing customer returns and exchanges.
Answering phones calls and responding to emails.
Responding to customer feedback and product reviews.
Managing custom product orders for customers.
Must be proficient in MS Office Team Player, quick learner, strong work ethic Hours 8:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
