Position Summary The Member Solutions Support Assistant Manager is responsible to lead, coach and develop the Member Solutions Support team in the facilitation of all support duties within the Member Solutions department.
Provides oversight to ensure the Member Solution's overall operations are consistent with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Create and maintain Member Solutions workflow processes and SOP's to continually create efficiencies and ensure the department is running effectively.
Participate in the project management and implementation of new Member solutions products and enhancements including system readiness and testing to ensure project and product objectives are achieved.
Prepare monthly summaries to include items such as KPI's, operational updates, and wins/losses amongst your team.
Monitor telephone and e-mail communication to ensure practices are consistent with credit union values and compliant with state and federal laws.
Effectively handle escalated inquires from internal and external members by listening, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting to results to aid members and staff in solving account problems.
Effectively oversee the facilitation of all support functions which include bankruptcy, garnishments, levies, repossessions, credit disputes, collateral protection insurance, and lawsuits.
Participate in the development of the Member Solutions Business Plan including creating individual and departmental goals which align with the organizational plan.
Assists in departmental projects.
Provide direct support in managing the accuracy and completeness of Member Solutions operations and assist team members as needed to ensure consistent application of policies and practices are compliant with State and Federal regulations and all other legal requirements.
Manages the overall Member Solutions quality control and makes recommendations to ensure processes are consistently improved and reviewed.
Assists with auditors/examiners to ensure the consistent application of polices and practices are within Member Solutions guidelines and are compliant with all State and Federal regulations.
Prepare and submit reports for tracking and goal achievement to monitor and communicate business unit accomplishments and/or challenges.
Coach and develop direct reports through monthly 1:
1 sessions, emails, zoom meetings and by phone.
Maintain and develop tools and resources while also maintaining outside vendor relationships in relation to tools and resources your team and the organization use.
Monitor the recovery and sale of repossessed assets to ensure timely liquidation for maximum value Monitor the recovery and sale of foreclosed assets.
Review condition and maximize resale.
Work collaboratively with outside counsel on the legal collection activities related to collection and recovery Review real estate collateralized delinquent loans to determine equity position and make recommendations for appropriate loss mitigation action Job Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education High School Diploma General Studies Required Associate's Degree General Studies Preferred Experience 2-5 years of similar or related experience 2-5 years of similar or related Supervisory or Management experience Skills & Abilities Thorough knowledge of financial industry.
Thorough knowledge of Credit Union's products and services.
Familiarity with Member Solutions functions, processes, procedures, and policies.
Familiarity with related State and Federal regulations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.
).
