Summary:

-Participate in architecture definition, product selection, and application design.
-Play key roles in large projects: Developer; Mentor; Technical Leader; Technical Project Manager.
-Participate and provide leadership in all phases of a project from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.

Qualifications:
-Design, develop, and test enterprise class business application and integration solutions using Java/J2EE, C#, .NET, VB, Web Services, and XML.
-Must have a computer science background (degree and/or experience).
-Experience in P&C, Life, or Health insurance environment preferred, but not required.
-Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Willingness to travel on an occasional basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
