Summary:
A replacement Sales Associate (SA) is required to make continuous changes to part numbers, pricing, and engineering changes made by Toyota-LEXUS. There are over 400 production parts to manage where a high level of complexity and understanding is required. The SA will also be responsible for service, prototype, and packaging (expendable/returnable) quotations as well as in tooling and returnable packaging money recovery. Will handle Subaru pricing and maintenance after training and be responsible for ordering prototype parts for Toyota/Lexus/Subaru through EPNS as well as creating the Sales Orders.

Responsibilities:
Maintain price conditions in SAP & CMI for OEM production and service parts for North America.
Assist the customer in the absence of the sales contact.
Facilitate compliance with TS 16949 requirements.
Receive and process customer purchase orders for prototype, production and service parts.
Verify purchase order amounts, including packaging, and logistics costs.
Tooling-cost recovery. Develop and implement checks and balances system between sales, purchasing and accounting.
Prepare customer quotes within the scope of responsibility and authority.
Effectively work with multiple groups within the company.
Basic
Qualifications:
Highly Proficient with Microsoft(TM) Office(TM) tools especially EXCEL
Experience in SAP Data Entry preferred
Bachelors Degree
Computer Certifications in Microsoft(TM) Office(TM) products is desirable.
Minimum of 2-4 years related experience
Highly Proficient with Microsoft(TM) Office(TM) tools
Prior experience in office administration
Manual dexterity: Limited manual dexterity required
Physical effort: Work requires handling light weight materials or equipment with no special speed or exertion.
Working Conditions: Ordinary office, shop, field or warehouse working conditions. Must be able to travel to customer sites.
Hazards: Negligible. Little or no exposure to hazards.
