## Description
Allstate Insurance Company has a new opportunity available. As an Agency Process Specialist supporting Allstate Financial, you will be working directly with our Allstate Agents, Allstate Financial Specialist and staff. This role is accountable for integration of Allstate Financial (AF) processes and workflows in targeted agencies (as determined by local leaders). By working primarily with agency staff (e.g., Licensed Sales Producers (LSPs)), as requested, the Agency Process Specialist will conduct:
Agency Consultations: Review agency processes and offering guidance to improve business results (through goal setting, accountabilities, staff education)
Customer Engagement & Cross-Sell Process Implementations: Install/integrate AF sales processes in the agency to delivery on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and grow agency revenues.
The Agency Sales division helps develop business policies, processes and programs as well as provides a broad range of support designed to help over 10,000 Allstate Agents and Financial Specialists achieve business objectives. This unit works directly with Allstate business owners and their staff to increase growth in the Financial Services and Property and Casualty areas. Using expertise in recruiting, coaching and training, and sales production, the Agency Sales unit is making a great impact at Allstate by providing the resources to grow sales, agent appointments and market share through in regions across the country!
Key Responsibilities
Process Implementation
Assists agency owners with the implementation of consistent business
processes, with a particular focus on AF cross-selling processes.
Implements processes by working with agency staff through process reviews and
bservation, and providing advice, tips, suggestions for improvement.
Supports LSPs to drive improved business results, including the measurement of
results and follow-up of process implementations.
Supports Field Sales Leaders (FSLs) in assisting agency owners to achieve
goals outlined in the agency compensation program, implement agency business
plans, and align processes with company objectives.
Build and maintains best practices for the successful operation of agency owners
and leverages opportunities to share knowledge/best practices across agencies,
peers, other Agency Process Specialists, FSLs, and regional staff.
Communication & Relationship Management
Identifies skill gaps and reinforces education with agency owners and LSPs.
Maintains proactive working relationship with LSPs, including follow-up process
reviews and periodic assessments.
Takes accountability of communicating updates and progress with FSL
regarding process support activities conducted at their agencies.
Supports the Regional Field Sales Leader and Field Sales Leader in
communicating company business objectives (in the context of process
implementation).
This position is a mobile role requiring travel to other states within the North Central Region (Michigan, Indiana and Ohio). A company car may be provided.
## Qualifications
2 to 4 years sales management, wholesaling, education, training and development, or agency support experience in Property & Casualty and/or Financial Services.
Prior sales leadership, recruiting, agency establishment (onboarding) and agency development experience.
4 year college degree.
Knowledge of Allstate Financial processes and related technology preferred.
Knowledge of process installation, education techniques and other sales processes.
Basic knowledge of Allstate business model & agency operations preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to articulate, assemble and deliver information.
Strong communication skills - Includes presentation, business writing, negotiation, motivation and relationship management.
Problem solving - Uses judgment by applying broad knowledge and experience when addressing complex issues.
Team building - Blends people into teams when needed; creates strong morale and spirit, defines success in terms of the whole team; creates a feeling of belonging in the team; etc.
Ability to accommodate overnight travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
